Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can be used for multiple purposes. It can be converted from a single stroller into a double stroller by adding a second seat (sold separately) or glider board. It can also be set up to become a triple travel system by adding a bench seat or infant car seat. In all, it offers 24 different configurations and is a top-rated stroller overall. The model is made of Baby Jogger's breathable, soft TENCEL fabrics that help with thermal regulation and are sourced sustainably. It includes a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It folds 20% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double buggy 3 wheels stroller, the UPPAbaby Vista V2 and is lighter, too.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping handlebar is one of the easiest to adjust and is suitable for parents of all heights. The seats recline and have an adjustment button for the footwell to allow you to place your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin has plenty of room, but we would have preferred an easier latch. It's easy to access but we discovered the zippers to be somewhat frustrating as they must be removed completely and reattached to each use.

Like its counterparts, the City Select has single-action brakes which are easy to set and release using the pull of a lever on the side of the frame, lower than the handlebar. It's barefoot and sandal-friendly and a significant improvement over the clunky toe-pinch brake levers that many of the other models use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed in our review that is able to accept two infant car seats making it an ideal option for twins or for parents with a single child and a new baby coming soon. It can fit the majority of infant car seats made by major brands with an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good option for families with an infant car seat and are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it however, you might be better off with another convertible stroller that fits an additional car seat for infants in this case.
